Thank you for your PCQ submission. We endeavour to respond to all PCQs within a few days and after we have had the opportunity to assess your case. Once this is done, we will contact you in regards to the next step. In the majority of cases, this will be NNPG investigators attending the property and conducting a Preliminary Investigation (PI). Any further actions deemed neccessary will be decided upon after this PI has been conducted.

In the meantime, it would be helpful if you could start to note when and where activity occurs. This will help to identify any patterns with activity. This could help in determining, if indeed it is paranormal, whether this is a residual or an intelligent haunting. Any evidence you can also capture (such as audio, pictures or video) using a mobile phone, for example, can also assist us in your case.
