You are not required to answer any questions that you are not comfortable with, but the more information you can give us, the better informed we will be and the more prepared we will be to face whatever may be within your property.

The information you supply in this questionnaire is treated as confidential. NNPG are GDPR compliant. We are legally required to take actions that ensure:

This is a generic questionnaire. Some details requested may already have been discussed with one of our team prior. Please answer all questions, regardless if previously discussed or not. We can not guarantee that the same investigator will always be available to tend to your case, due to illness for example. The activity experienced is recorded this way and made available to all of our investigators.
